With a wealth of experience spanning over 30 years, Charles' mission is to "Advance the Cause of Christ through Stewardship." His writing, teaching, and speaking have been instrumental in this pursuit. His clients, which include churches, seminaries, foundations, and conferences, have benefited from his knowledge. He and his son Charles III co-authored a book entitled " He Said IT! I Did It! Lessons from my father:"

Behavioral Profile Analyst/ Coach

Flavia Silva is an educator and educational psychologist, has been working in the field of education for just over 20 years, half of that time in Brazil and the other half in the United States. She is also certified as a life coach and behavioral profile analyst, working as a coach, mentor, trainer, and speaker. She is committed to human development, creating a conducive space for each person to be met where they are and empowered to become their best version!

Brand and Communications Specialist

Pedro has a BA in Advertising, an MA in Marketing, Advertising and Business, an MA in Advertising and Creative Arts, and an MDiv from Candler School of Theology. His clients include Non-Profits, Organizations, Churches, Events and Conferences.
