Flavia Silva is an educator and educational psychologist, has been working in the field of education for just over 20 years, half of that time in Brazil and the other half in the United States. She is also certified as a life coach and behavioral profile analyst, working as a coach, mentor, trainer, and speaker. She is committed to human development, creating a conducive space for each person to be met where they are and empowered to become their best version! She has been married for 18 years to Pedro Silva, a coach, pastor, and advertiser. Together, they are parents to Davi (17) and Lucas (12). In her coaching and mentoring processes, as well as in her lectures and training sessions, she uses effective tools so that each person gains clarity about their true identity, recovers their essence from creation, and is capable of moving from their current state to where they truly want to be, removing impediments, enhancing their skills, and integrating the logical and emotional sides of the brain in all areas of life.
